Emax Motor Customer Service Policies

Customer Service

  • Shipping & Delivery

    Our shipping center is located in North Carolina.  We try and ship all orders the same day if possible.  Our primary shipping method is the United States Postal Service.  We find that Priority Mail, which is what we use for the flat rate shipping arrivals to many locations in 2-3 days.  All Priority Mail orders include free tracking from the USPS and the information is emailed once the order is shipped.  For questions regarding shipping, please email orders at sales@emaxmotor.com.
    We do ship internationally using the same postal method. You can also select UPS for internationally orders for better tracking. The USPS only provides tracking up tou your countries customs. Once the package arrives in your country, tracking is no longer available.

  • Returns & Replacements

    Emax Motor provides no warranty of any kind for any of the equipment sold or distributed. You assume all risks for any products purchased or received from Emax Motor . Emax Motor or its employees are not liable for any instance of injury to you or others, or damage or destruction of property. Additionally, Emax Motor is not liable for any damages consequential or inconsequential resulting from the use or application of any Emax Motor provided products. We sell our equipment expressly without warranty or performance for any use or situation. It is up to the user to ensure that the products safely meet the user’s intended purpose. Due to the increase of electronic components being sold and the ease at which they can be rendered inoperative by misuse, we do not warranty or replace electronic components such as flight controller, ESC's or ARF's. If however there is a manufacturers recall or defective part, Emax Motor will provide warranty service as directed by the manufacturer.

    Returns

    To receive a full refund for a product, it must be returned in an unopened package and in new condition. If parts are missing, damaged or in otherwise unsellable condition as deemed by Emax Motor , a full refund will not be granted, only partial. Customers must first contact Emax Motor via the Contact US page for approval before mailing the item.

  • Ordering

    The fastest way to order is using the web checkout.  We accept PayPal and major credit cards.  Orders are fulfilled and shipped daily.  If you order a product on back order, the entire order will be on hold until the product is available.  Credit Card Authorization will show as 2dogrc’s RC Warehouse, our parent company.

  • Payment, Pricing & Promotions

    Payment is required upon ordering.  If you would like to send a check please use the address listed below.  Pricing is effective in US dollars.

    To view your past orders and order information, log into the “My Account” section via the link at the top of the page.  Here you can also see the tracking information for all the orders you have placed.

  • Updating Account Information

    Please keep you account information current.  To update your account, please log in the “My Account” section via the link at the bottom and top of the page.  It is important to have the correct address and contact information in case we have problems shipping your order.
